Finding it hard to do the simplest things. Anyone else?

My ex and I broke up recently. I can function at work as best as possible, I could improve in certain areas. Regardless, I'm so busy I don't have too much time in the day to be occupied thinking about things outside of work which is great. I've also been trying to fill time outside of work with seeing friends, not every day of course. The weekend comes and I'm exhausted. What I am finding hard is the simplest things like tidying up, groceries, cooking (even though I do cook dinner and leftovers for lunch as much as I can). Is anyone feel genuinely just exhausted that you need that extra half a day in bed, other simple domestic chores even thinking about make me a bit anxious or I think I'll do that later.

I would say the hardest thing for me has been stress eating. I really need to count my calories as it is quite a lot of weight I have put on. This is probably the thing I struggle with the most. I did manage to do this last year but I've got so stress just prior to the break up and I think it was brewing until it ended. Anyone experienced/experiencing the same. I know on the outside I appear fine to everyone as well. I'm not an emotional crying mess but it comes through in such basic tasks. I feel it really shouldn't be this hard.
