Singapore :- how saturated is the software engineering or engineering manager job market?

I have 13 years of experience as a soft engineer. My last experience was as a staff soft engineer at a company in Australia in Melbourne company recently made my full team redundant. The job market seems very difficult in Australia when trying to secure a new role as there aren’t many openings for someone of my level of experience. When I try to level down I am rejected for being overqualified. So the question I have is how is the job market for software engineering and engineering managers in Singapore?

I am 36 and an Australian citizen. With bachelors and masters.

Primarily iOS and Android, and little bit of full stack work.
