Exploration end game?

Join about 2 months ago, had some good advice along the way and have focused on exploration as a career

Right now I average about 250m isk per hour hitting mostly relic sites with a suped up Asteroid and the occasional sleeper cache/ covert facility

I’m wondering what is the next step function for exploration besides maxing out skills and implants

Is there a way to do it even better?
