Will i be able to get Gomah with festival coins in the future?

If i'm not mistaken, Gomah was a yellow coin LR right? i think AGL Goku was also a yellow coin lr but he's also, you know, much older than Gomah so it makes sense to let you coin him with festival coins. i dunno, i just don't have enough yellow coins to get ANY yellow coin lr really, so i'n hoping i can get him with festival coins.
