Normal tower help

So... My towers are 526/540 with the remaining 4 being Dark and Rock's final tower with Fairy hogging the other 2

Already know what I'm missing for the first two and just awaiting whatever saviour will come grace me for fairy(Arc Diantha or Cogita, but please Arc Diantha cause queen deserves it...)

Anyways, pretty sure we all suffer from normal tower due to how... Lacking it can be on top of units needing absurd investments or harsh RNG

With Anni Juliana coming soon, I'm definitelly gonna raise her 5/5 for reasons:

1. Normal master fair, enough said

2. I love Terapagos. Turtles are my literal favourites and Terapagos just nestled itself cozily within my heart

3. Juliana's outfit is absolute gorgeous

With that, I already know what to do for special and status stages but... I need help with the physical ones

Currently, here's what my normal roster looks like and I know it's kinda skewed due to lacking Mai, but who else would be a good replacement?

-Academy Florian has a solid grid as I got both his rate-up units on dailies, but he lack support EXR and I won't have cake coins anymore to invest in that

-If needed, I can 3/5 my Elaine but again, can't EXR her

-I actually have Leaf's tower skill 2, so unsure if that'll make her more useful than the others

Aside from that, my main normal physical DPS is either just Hugh or Lodge Penny. Unsure if they're enough to do 21, 24 and 27 but I REALLY don't want to invest further in Palmer. If necessary, I can also 3/5 my Larry but again, no EXR
