How to get a credit card?

Context:

I am an average person. I tried applying for credit cards 2 years after I started working kaso laging decline. I dont have any credit history since wala naman aking credit cards growing up. Tried bpi, metro, hsbc, atome, declined lagi.

Any recos po? How can I get one?
