These spoiler are the main thing story-wise in Jimmy And The Pulsating Mass?

I've known about this game for a long time, but I first heard about it in a video explaining the whole story. Even though I didn’t watch 99% of the video, I remember some things, and I want to know if there are plot points and twists as important as the one I already know, or if those are already the main things

I know that:

!The Mass is a terminal illness that Jimmy has, and it’s also connected to his emotional and personal problems!<

!Jimmy dies at the end of the game from his illness!<

!Jimmy feels guilty for making his parents worry about him and his illness and for having to take care of him!<
