Struggling to find work

so I just got out of school I took some extra CE classes just to try and learn but I feel like I don’t know how to deal with fitted sheets I’ve never worked in a spa location and I’m not used to how you fold them. I’ve already failed two places for a practical I know how to interview but when ever I ask for feedback on what they didn’t like they never give me a response…
