High-earners at prestigious manufacturing companies?

Currently VP sales and marketing in a manufacturing company with $1b-$5b in revenues. I’m starting to think about my next move. My goal is to lateral to a larger manufacturer benefiting from macro trends (data centers, automation, power generation, etc) and climb the latter to President & GM of a business unit. Current comp is $450k and I’m targeting $600k+ for my next role and eventually $1m+. Which companies would you target if you were me?
