I decided to make my own polyester string for unresponsive yoyo – when should I stop twisting
Hey everyone,
I decided to try making my own polyester string for my unresponsive yoyo using a hand mixer. It’s been a fun experiment so far, but I’m unsure about one thing — how do I know when to stop twisting?
Is there a specific tension, tightness, or visual sign I should look for? I’m worried about over-twisting it and making it too tight or unstable.
Also, if anyone has experience making homemade polyester strings for unresponsive play, I’d really appreciate any tips (like ideal thickness, tension, or how to keep it durable and smooth).
Thanks!
