Anxious

I am restarting my trizepetide today after having had surgery 3 weeks ago and having to stop in December. I am using compounded and have to use a syringe…. As a nursing student I am embarrassed to say that it makes me so anxious to inject my self 😂 I feel like I am going to have a vasovagal episode! I get dizzy and just feel off. How did you guys overcome this? I paid for 6 months in advance and cannot just not use it. My husband is scared to do it so it’s all me. I can use needles on other but not my self hahaha i know it weird but I cannot help it. I liked the pen bc i didn’t feel it or saw the needle but they are way too expensive!!
