Someone Help Me, Ps3 error Internet

My PS3 started having a problem when downloading games. The download starts off fine, but then slows down to 10kb and stays that way. Also, when connecting to the internet, it gives a lot of errors, takes a long time to connect, and says that the key exchange didn't work. And when it does manage to connect, and I try to download a game, it's too slow.
