What was recovery like after your laser treatment?

Hi! I’m trying to better understand what recovery actually feels like after laser or resurfacing treatments before I get anything done (I'm anxious lol).

If you’ve had microneedling, lasers, or pigment treatments, what was the most confusing or stressful part once you got home?

Did you feel confident about what to use during the recovery period? Or did you experience negative side effects in this recovery window? 

I’d really appreciate hearing real experiences - even the small things that caught you off guard.
