Relapse

Hey guys, I honestly feel ashamed while typing this. Its been like 5 years since my last ourge, and today I broke that streak. I'm not bulimic, in the way I don't eat alot before I..well. you know.

I excused myself from my friends, and went to the bathroom. I debated it, but ended up doing it.

I'm just really ashamed of myself right now.
