A song... by a woman and a man...

Once its found i will hate myself for not being able to look it up for so long, i can already feel it. So... I can remember almost nothing besides the rhythm i cannot repeat and that the chorus(i think...) is a woman singing something that sounds (now stick with me) wavey~ i am ALMOST sure she says something about lights or nights at or by the end of her verse and then the man talks (he is basically talking, it is melodic but its almost talking) something... The above i remember for sure, now what i THINK i remember: -possibly the man is driving a car in the music video. -the clip MIGHT be happening in the night. -the might describe some struggles of living in a big city???(big maybe on this)

I tried typing in random mixes of anything into the youtube for good 2 hours, i can almost taste this song but i cant finalize the vision and the amount of AI slop youtube spat out at me makes me nauseous.

Sorry its all so vague but i am at my wit's end.
