Small gym owners, how do you handle towel laundry logistics?

I own a small crossfit gym in Houston and we provide complimentary towels for members. Sounds simple but the logistics of keeping fresh towels available daily has been a nightmare since we opened.

Commercial laundry services want huge minimum orders that don't make sense for our size. Like 200 pounds minimum when I maybe have 50 to 80 pounds on a busy week. Doing it myself eats into time I should spend training clients. And members notice when towel availability is inconsistent. Been testing noscrubs the past couple of months since they don't have the crazy minimums. Still testing if it is a long term solution but curious what other small gym or studio owners do for this. Is everyone just doing it themselves or am I overthinking this?
