To the Gov Nurses of Reddit

Hello!

I just wanna ask my fellow government nurses here. Ano ang benefits na natatanggap niyo from your institution, anong levels ng hospital, at anong job status niyo?

Me, as a job order nurse from tertiary level hospital, naka-SG15 naman pero no other benefits like night diff, hazard pay (lol) except yung hati na with employer sa sss, pag-ibig, philhealth ang meron.

I just wanna know kung standard na ba talaga na kapag job order/contractual eh wala talagang benefits?
