Possible cheating

Ok, I’m in handicap league that meets asynchronously (we all bowl on our own schedules) there is one team in this league that has not lost a single point over 20 weeks. It is a handicap league and this team just happens to include the league secretary. Am I crazy for thinking there is something going on? The league is casual, but there is some money in the line and I want to be able to trust the people keeping score.
