Week long migraine

I’ve had this headache for about a week and I’m paranoid it’s a brain tumor. It’s been nonstop, at different levels of severity. It tends to be more focused around my occipital area and my neck, but sometimes it moves to the top of my head or my face. I have horrible health anxiety so I’m pretty stressed lol, and I’ve also been having flashes of light in my vision and nausea, my doctor’s been giving me migraine medicine which helps a little bit, and I’m also 18 and afab
