Do you think Chapter 5's tapes were setting up a spinoff game?

The tapes have the Playtime Co Executives talking about a factory being built in another country, and I'm sure even at this point Mob Games knows that Poppy Playtime cannot be stretched forever, they repeatedly showed in the past they care about fans.

So I feel like they said this in Chapter 5, to wrap up this story in chapter 6, and maybe have a spin off game set in this international factory.
