PC randomly started hanging on MSI logo after a year. Already replaced motherboard

My PC has been working perfectly for about a year, then out of nowhere it started hanging on the MSI logo during boot.

Sometimes it boots fine, but most of the time it gets stuck and I have to force shut it down multiple times before it finally loads into Windows. Sometimes restart doesn’t work properly either.

I already replaced the motherboard and the issue is still there. I haven’t touched any components, no overclocking, nothing.
