Looking for a camera to learn and understand photography better. Is it even worth it compared to a smart phone at my budget?

• Budget: 250-300€
• Country: Denmark
• Condition: Used
• Type of Camera: Unsure about DSLR or Mirrorless.
• Intended use: Learning photography
• If photography; what style: Landscapes, street
• If video what style: N/A
• What features do you absolutely need: N/A
• Portability: Just has to be able to carried around while walking for longer periods without becoming a chore to carry.
• Cameras you're considering: I've read about these being great for beginners so I've definitely kept my eye on them: Nikon D3500, Nikon D7500, Nikon D5600 and Sony A5000,
• Notes: My phone is a Samsung Galaxy Flip Z 6, I'm not sure how the camera on that compares to the ones I have looked.
