Unexplained Muscle pain

Hello everyone I suffer from primary immune deficiency, most of my symptoms rely on my ivig treatment. I take immuglobins every three weeks and I feel completely well in my first week after the infusion. and my vitamin levels are generally low.

now the question is this last two months I had unreasonable amount of pain in my leg muscles and arms no doctor was able to identify. I had all my tests redone and even taken ultrasounds. at most they found my liver is kind of struggling but that doesn't explain the muscle pains. its like electric shock in my muscles and they start to feel numb after I stand too long and after a while its just painful. I was wondering if anyone had experienced something close to it?

PT: my immunologist was out and her assistant insisted that my pain was unrelated to my illness. I took my tests in internal medicine and they couldn't find a cause
