What to do about overactive fast letdown?

My baby just turned 2 months and I've always kind of suspected it but now it's definitely confirmed....I have a mega overactive letdown/strong supply.

The reason I'm concerned is he's having more and more choking episodes.

I don't feel my letdown. I never spray. But when he drinks he gulps intensely, eyes wide and intense, sometimes pops off and cries, sometimes dribbling milk out the sides, and recently more episodes of choking and I hate it. I feel so bad for him and it terrifies me to see him like that. I also don't want him to get pneumonia or something. Poor bubs.

Any tips? What can I do? Heeeelllpppppp!
