I became interested and wanted to know how to get started.

Recently I started seeing posts about Goetia, and after that my social media only showed that kind of thing, and I became increasingly interested. I was and still am raised in an evangelical (Protestant) family, and although I followed it for some years, I ended up drifting away and no longer participate. I ended up distancing myself from spirituality when I was younger because I had some strange dreams, a feeling that someone was following or watching me, and I even distanced myself from the church because I felt a little afraid. After that, everything passed, and I've been like that for many years. But seeing some things made me curious and interested in the subject. Recently, I heard and read some things about Paimon, and I even did a reading that indicated an alignment with him, that our relationship is stagnant but that I could request it. I would like to know where to start studying because I really don't understand and know ANYTHING. Where should I start studying about it? What do I need to know and do before starting? And even if you think this would be right for me, if this fear of spirituality that I've always carried is a warning to stay away or something like that. I really need to know if I should start and how to start. Thank you in advance.
