Since when did they change their shipping partners? Am I S.O.L.?

supposedly my order has been out for delivery for over 12 hours now, and the delivery company is uniuni. I've been reading mixed reviews about them and what's odd is on the *Shop* app it says its waiting for more information, but through the email it has a link to uniuni tracking and says its been out for delivery since 7:15 this morning
