I am completely lost all because of fans

I bought 4 Lian li uni fan sl wireless as an upgrade for my pc. I managed to install 3 - still waiting on the fourth one to be shipped - and I daisy chained them vertically as intakes.

They work alright but I’m constant full throttle. I’ve been searching amd it seems that the problem could be the data cable connecting the case controller (nox hummer Astra) with the motherboard (asus prime z790). But now, ChatGPT tells me that the reason they are full throttle, instead of balanced, is because I don’t have the proper Lian li controller. Is this true? Am I cooked? This is the first real upgrade I do to the pc since I bought it second hand and I only did it because there was a huge sale, I really didn’t want, or can, to spend more money. This was already an impulse buy because I really wanted to change fans.
