Echoing strike mana hungry!??

Anyone have a solve for mana issues on echoing strike? I can’t seem to get to FCR breakpoint without running a build that requires a ton of pots!

For reference - I am running Ber hellwarden, Trangs, spirit, doom ethresher, hilords, Arach, bk, soj, enigma, and wraith step. My merc uses pride.

I may swap to soul drainers at expense of FCR …. Or go with Phoenix and lose skills from spirit ….
