Why is my render so slow?? It's saying my render time is 56 minutes?

I'm just trying to render a video about 20 seconds long, theres about 6 effects on this once asset I have, then the background is a video of space essentially, the 20 second span of the video I have my asset moving along the screen, like it's floating through space. there's a key light effect and other lighting effects. but it shouldn't be super intensive, but my render info is saying it will be an estimated 56 minutes?? I never had this issue before
