gallery on sims4 not working? help plz

my gallery is not loading on my mac for the sims 4, my library loads but no uploads or gallery itself. I tried deleting my mods folder, restarting/logging in & out, clearing cache and fixing my icloud drive saves.

does anyone know of a fix? or is there a current bug across platforms, it was working fine earlier today and i haven’t downloaded anything new, i only have 30 items in my mods folder (all cc, no actual mods or whatever)

thanks you <3
