razer blackshark v2 hyperspeed equalizer button doesnt work and smart switch doesnt work anymore

these features randomly stopped working a while ago and i cant seem to get them working again. if i want to change equalizer mode i have to do it via synapse but smart switch is the main problem that annoys me. it was a very good feature to switch between phone audio and pc very seamlessly but now every time i press equalizer button i get no response.
