Progesterone start times? 7 months or 11 on HRT?

Context: I’m 5 months on hrt and have been experiencing fairly textbook breast development (soreness at 2 months with buds soon after, buds and areolae have been expanding since the 3.5 month mark)

Yesterday, I met with my doctor regarding bloodwork related to my hormone levels. She offered to let me start progesterone, but I decided against it, believing that doing so now was still too early. I’m deciding whether I should start it after around the 7 month mark or the 11 month mark.
