I hate my job and nobody will support me.

For some context I have worked in a retail store for a couple years and over the course of it my coworkers and team leads have made it way harder than it has to be. Everyone in my department takes advantage of me, making me do their work and the stuff they don't want to do so they can laze around chatting it up like there’s no tomorrow. There has been several instances of them breaking rules and nobody would bat an eye but if I broke even a small rule they'd throw the book at me. I'm accused of doing stuff I never did like taking 45 minute breaks (spoiler alert: I never did). Months ago my coworkers erased my drawings on the whiteboard so I went to my team lead about it, I had better luck at getting a brick wall to move itself than have him do anything. I'm left out of conversations being treated as if I'm not there and only talk to me when it’s about work or making me do something. I get in trouble if I'm not going "fast enough" and always treated as the problem. On multiple occasions I have experienced the physical symptoms of stress, something that never happened at my last job and I hated that too. Every shift I go into I wonder what will be next. Thanks for reading, I hope to find a better job soon.
