[Theory/OC] How the Gojo vs Sukuna fight SHOULD have ended (The "Eternal Parasite" Binding Vow)
Hi everyone, I’ve been thinking about a much darker and more poetic ending for JJK, and I wanted to share it with you. Gege's ending felt a bit rushed, so here is my take on how Gojo could have sacrificed himself and how Sukuna could have truly "won" by being a monster.
- The Final Move: "The Hollow Pincer"
Instead of the World Slash off-screen, Gojo uses his superior speed to get behind Sukuna in a death-grip.
The Move: Gojo manifests a Maximum Output Blue behind himself and a Maximum Output Red in front of Sukuna.
The Sacrifice: He forces them to collide right in the middle, creating a Hollow Purple at point-blank range while holding Sukuna. Gojo knows he will die, but he ensures Sukuna is vaporized with him. No dodging, no Mahoraga adaptation, just pure destruction.
- Sukuna’s Desperate Binding Vow
As the Purple starts disintegrating them, Sukuna (the King of Vows) makes a last-second deal with the sparks of his remaining soul:
The Cost: His physical life and his chance to reincarnate ever again.
The Gain: He forces a Binding Vow on Yuji. He becomes an eternal, indestructible parasite within Yuji’s body.
- The "Billy Summers" Style Ending (Pure Horror)
Fast forward to the end. The world thinks Sukuna is gone, but Yuji is cursed with Immortality.
The Twist: Yuji cannot die. He has to watch every friend (Megumi, Nobara, etc.) grow old and die while he stays young.
The Curse: Sukuna’s mouth and eyes remain on Yuji’s cheek/body forever. He doesn't fight for control anymore; he just watches and mocks Yuji during his darkest moments.
Final Panel: Yuji tries to smile at a funeral, but Sukuna’s eye opens on his cheek, looking at the reader and laughing silently.
"I didn't just kill your teacher, brat. I stole your death. Welcome to my true Domain."
What do you guys think? Wouldn't this be more "Jujutsu" than the current ending? I'd love to see someone sketch the "Hollow Pincer" scene!
