Stuck at Budapest: Iran Bombing

Guys, I'm stuck in Budapest because my flight got rerouted because of the bombings, now I've booked a Turkish Airlines flight back to US. But I only have US B1 visa and no Schengen, can I get into my flight from Schengen zone 2A gates?
