This character literally runs Ascendant+ lobbies like the king of the video game.

With the Common Phantom Strike + Echo shard build, there is not a single point in time you can parry, as you get 2 guaranteed heavy melees, and then he just shoots you with his gun. You don't even need to be close to him since phantom strike has a 45m range so if you're on his screen you cannot beat him, it is a guaranteed 2,000+ burst with the full combo not even including gun after so i'm quite surprised more people aren't talking about this guy.

I have him as my avoided character and for some reason get him in most of my games.
