Why won’t it just bleed?!

Istg I’m going to go absolutely insane! I’m putting more pressure than normal and angling it in a way that should equal bleeding but nooo I just get a small wound and maybe a few drops. It burns more than normal but it won’t bleed. I thought that maybe it’s scar tissue that won’t bleed so I moved to a place that I haven’t cut before but that certainly didn’t help. I just need it to bleed and then I can stop and go to bed
