Looking for recommendations (5 specific criteria/<700$)

Good morning, r/Watches!

I'm looking for a gift recommendation for my father. He likes watches, so I don't want to get some cheap movement he won't like or that'll break. It gets pretty specific.

-Dress watch -NO date window -Simple/symmetric hour markers (no numerals) -Textured/interesting dial -Leather band -<700$

SPB521 is the closest I could find, but I'd have to put it on a leather band and it is already over budget at 950usd. The Seiko Cocktail times would be more within budget, but I can't find any without a date window. Same thing with the Citizen NB1060 (which is also over budget).

At this point, I started looking into vintage dress watches, but it got overwhelming quick with terms like refurbished...
