**Subject:** I’m a psychologist who struggled with chronic insomnia. I finally built the "room" I needed to sleep.

**Body:**

Hi everyone,

I’ve spent my professional career helping others find mental balance, but for a long time, I was my own worst patient. Between the stress of the job and a persistent case of Tinnitus, my nights were a restless cycle of staring at the ceiling.

I tried every "sleep aid" out there, but most felt either too artificial or visually distracting. That’s why I started a project called **SomaSphere**.

I wanted to apply what I know about clinical relaxation and environmental psychology to create "Ambient Rooms." I focused on specific visual triggers—like deep bioluminescent blues and rhythmic animations that mimic a calm breathing pace—combined with natural white noise to mask the ringing in my ears.

I’m currently streaming a **24/7 Deep Blue Lagoon Sanctuary**. It’s the exact environment that finally helped me quiet my mind. I’m sharing it here not for "views," but because I know how lonely and exhausting those 3 AM hours can feel.

If you’re struggling tonight, feel free to step into this space. There’s no talking and no mid-roll ads to wake you up. Just a place to breathe.

You can find the room here: **\[https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLHHBm8Kvqsy\_WZAmfKC47GFMM0GOZMj7J\]**

I’d love to hear if these specific visual frequencies work for you, too. Stay rested, friends.
