Ford Fusion 2017 Turn Lights-High low beam Lever Not Working

I need some help diagnosing an electrical issue on my 2017 Ford Fusion. My turn signal lever isn’t working at all—no left or right signals, and it also won’t activate the high or low beams. The hazard lights work perfectly, and the headlights turn on normally using the rotary switch on the dash. I already replaced the entire multifunction switch with a new one, but the problem didn’t change. I also checked all the related fuses and didn’t find anything blown. The horn and airbag work fine, and there are no warning lights on the dashboard. At this point, I’m trying to figure out whether this could be the clockspring, the steering column control module (SCCM), or an issue with the wiring harness inside the steering column. If anyone has experienced something similar or has advice on what I should check next, I’d really appreciate the help.
