IEMs with no mic, improtant!

So I just bought Kefine Delci AE, and they will soon arrive.

The main purpose for it is straight up gaming, specifically Pubg Mobile on my phone. I just needed a quick somewhat budget solution which is great in gaming and from what I've researched it's a good choice, but my question is not about that but rather the mic, and I need help from someone who knows how this all works especially on a phone. I am a high level competitive player and I need to have atleast a good understanding from my mic. So far I've been using logitech Pro X's but they broke down and I have no experience of how does headphones without a mic work. I use an Belkin USB C + 3.5mm -> USB C adapter so I can both charge and use headphones as my phone like most doesn't have the 3.5mm plug. So as I said, if I use these IEMs with 3.5mm and no mic I just got for the teamspeak will it use my phone's mic, and will it be any good? Or I should consider other options or buy extra accessories as for example a cable (Kinera Celest Ruyi) and switch it if thats possible and so it has a mic. It's very important as the season starts soon. Thanks in advance.
