Testing a Free fully structured product feedback program for Indian builders, looking for 10 serious projects for cohort 01

I’ve been building several side projects for a while, and one thing I realised:

Getting honest, structured feedback in India is weirdly hard.

Friends are polite.
Internet feedback is random.
Most builders just keep shipping in isolation.

So instead of launching another tool, I’m testing a simple experiment:

A small validation cohort where 10 builders submit their product and receive structured written feedback from experienced devs/builders from industry experts.

No calls. No accelerator. Just written critique directly to your mail.

Till now 3 people got registered to be frank, 1 from spain, 2 from india, im expecting devs from india to be in more, and it's completely free, the link will be went if you say whats the struggle you been facing

I’m mainly doing this to learn whether this model actually helps indie hackers here. Providing it for free, because the person who are gonna give structured critics are my friends and colleagues from the top tier companies, We started this to produce the products that india really need.

Curious, how do you all currently validate your products before launch? and does it works?
