Car is consistently humid inside?

Hello, I have a 2014 Jeep Patriot, and this winter I’ve noticed it’s consistently humid inside, and the windows don’t de-fog well, and it doesn’t warm up well, even when running for 15+ mins. It is below freezing where I live.

I keep the AC running and often open the windows, but this seems to do little for the problem. Is this an air filter issue? It’s never been replaced. Could it be as simple as water accumulation somewhere in my car? Just looking for possible places to look for the culprit
