Best modpacks for horticulture/hybridization?

Way way way back my friends and I played MindCrack and in it it had a pack that, and I'm not sure if it ever worked properly, let you hybridize fruit trees to make hybrid fruit.

I was wondering if any pack goes crazy will agriculture and has lots of hybridization options?
