Did anyone switch from Zoloft to Cymbalta? What's your experience?

Starting Cymbalta

I have an anxiety-depressive disorder with possible adhd, and I’ve been on zoloft for about six months. The only thing zoloft has done for me is slightly reduce my anxiety, but it also made my existing apathy worse. So much worse that it became even harder to do basic things that before zoloft I could at least manage somehow.

In my country any real adhd medications are banned, so neither my previous psychiatrist nor my current one really focused on that part of my treatment. My new psychiatrist prescribed cymbalta because he realized zoloft isn’t helping me, and he also mentioned that, although it’s not proven, cymbalta might help with adhd too (my adhd type mainly affects concentration).

Right now I’m tapering down my zoloft dose and haven’t switched to cymbalta yet, but I’d really like to hear from people with a similar situation. What didn’t you like about zoloft’s effects, and did cymbalta help with that? Or just in general what was your experience? I’d really appreciate any responses.
