Any updates from BSsquirts?

Like everyone else, I’ve had some issues. I ordered a Hoffman SS and H3 buffer Jan 3. Was told the order was delayed because of the H3 buffers…. But was told he received enough to fulfill orders at the end of January. I’ve reached out a couple of times this month and have not gotten a response. Regardless of the supplier issues, I’m having a hard time understanding the lack of communication (other than a comment made on somebody else’s post saying it’s a small business who is overwhelmed by all the messages so everyone is now being ignored).

Has anyone gotten their orders they’ve been waiting on? Apologies if I’ve missed an update, but I haven’t seen anything official other than people making posts like this.
