[Chrome] [API access submission]

This link states you must register for API access: https://www.reddit.com/r/reddit.com/wiki/api/#wiki_read_the_full_api_terms_and_sign_up_for_usage

However, when you click on register that link doesn't work. See image attached.

I've tried multiple browsers and same issue. Not using VPN or anything else.
