Elliot's diary (spoilers)

Okay, I just read some of Elliot's diary on Taltos19's post that shows a couple pages and transcrips it for us. So now I have two questions. Who lives on Birch avenue? I never saw this before so it may have been discussed somewhere, but what are the theories on that? Also, knowing what we know now about Elliot since the last episode of season 3, who is 'Aunt M'? Because I'm wondering now, is it possible that his mother went back to the 1920s, and was around for Elliot as possibly his great aunt? Possibly that's a stretch, but it would be kind of cool to think that she did get to watch him grow up to some extent and he did get to know her to some extent. She could possibly be an Augustine, and possibly from the '20s if she was a great aunt. 🤔
