What to actually have ready for when you come home from the hospital

What are the things that you say are a MUST have ready for when you brought baby home? I’m just looking around my room wondering what to set up, where to put bottles, should I bring our mini fridge in our room? Should I already have bottles sterilized and set up in here even tho I’m planning to breastfeed? What postpartum stuff should I have out? Freezer meals? His clothes? What if he’s too big for newborn or I don’t have the right size for certain things cause maybe he’ll be too big or too small I just don’t know and feeing overWHELMED🫠
