Hotel shelters

Jerusalem, tell aviv and haifa...which hotels have good shelters? Tickets for late april/early May, hoping everything is sorted by then but we originally were supposed to be there RIGHT NOW, so maybe I should learn a bit.

Context: traveling with an 8 yo and parents in their 70s. Everyone can technically walk and do stairs, but not sure running is ideal. So elevators are a plus.

Also do these usually have toilets? It looked like it was several hours straight of alerts today...how do ya'll deal with going to the toilet?

What would we bring to the shelter?
